Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Anneberg BF's Anders Söderström started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute Georg Holm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Agne Olsman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jan Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Jimmie Öberg fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dingle's protests and gave Jimmie Öberg a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Dingle getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jimmie Öberg hit a great ball. In the 11th minute of the match Sverker Apelquist sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Agne Olsman skillfully saved the ball. In the 13thth minute of the game Gösta Hansson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Anneberg BF's Jimmy Salkvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The supporters of Dingle booed when Anneberg BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Magne Gustavsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anders Söderström in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Agne Olsman saved Dingle from getting behind. If Jan Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Gösta Hansson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jimmy Salkvist was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. Jan Billström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jimmy Salkvist showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gösta Hansson, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Kim Sjögren hit a great freekick 43 minutes into the match. Magne Gustavsson hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. When Jan Billström came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the Dingle fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Billström couldn't finish the play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

In the 52nd minute, Gösta Hansson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Dingle's Agne Olsman proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Dingle from getting a goal against them. After 64 played minutes, Dingle's Kjell Västlund shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jimmy Salkvist came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Dingle reached it. With a little luck, Dingle's Agne Olsman got control of the ball when Georg Holm tried to sneak it across the goal line. Gösta Hansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Magne Gustavsson kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Birger Rolfsson, 71 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. If Jan Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 86 played minutes, Anneberg BF's Eddie Ek shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Agne Olsman came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Anneberg BF reached it. If Jan Billström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the final whistle went the supporters of Anneberg BF were delighted that their team had defeated the much more dominant Dingle side.
