An unexpectedly hard shot by Magne Sjöberg in the 12th minute of play forced Head-Shoulders-Knees-Toes's goalkeeper Janari Kottise to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 14th minute Christiano Springer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Duset saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Magne Sjöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Janari Kottise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ulrik Blomquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Janari Kottise read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Christiano Springer succeeded in the game's 26th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. If Magne Sjöberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 31st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. A collision led to Rundvik BF getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Torsten Torstensson hit a great ball. If Per-Åke Carlsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 39 minutes, Gunnar Söderström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Head-Shoulders-Knees-Toes and the Rundvik BF players grew even worse after the yellow card. After recieving a nice pass, Rundvik BF's Torsten Torstensson tried to score from far away in the 41st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Janari Kottise took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Magne Sjöberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Christiano Springer had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Ulrik Blomquist to make the kick off. After a rather tough play, Head-Shoulders-Knees-Toes's Åke Vesterberg got a free kick in the 54th minute. Janari Kottise made a fantastic save in the 55th minute, when Magne Sjöberg sent off a good shot on target. Magne Sjöberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Janari Kottise tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 62 minutes into the game, Head-Shoulders-Knees-Toes's Per-Åke Carlsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vilhelm Duset made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 68 played minutes, Head-Shoulders-Knees-Toes's Peter Back shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Vilhelm Duset came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Head-Shoulders-Knees-Toes reached it. Per-Åke Carlsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 69th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Per-Åke Carlsson took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Vilhelm Duset. Vilhelm Duset dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 91st minute, Ulrik Blomquist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rundvik BF's supporters rose to their feet, but Ulrik Blomquist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Janari Kottise breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Head-Shoulders-Knees-Toes had won after a very even match.
