A collision led to Vita Hästen FF getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Birger Granberg hit a great ball. Johannes Hellström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from David Jonasson in the 11th minute of play. Pål Viklund charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pål Viklund the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. When David Jonasson came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Staffanstorp United FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Jonasson couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Torgny Vennerdal in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Johannes Hellström saved Vita Hästen FF from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Pål Viklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. Vita Hästen FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Pål Viklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kalle Kellman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Åke Kilström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 27 minutes, Kalle Kellman successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Edgar Almkvist came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Vita Hästen FF fans jumped to their feet. Åke Kilströms short, quick shot in the 30thth minute got Kalle Kellman to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Kalle Kellman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgar Almkvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgar Almkvist in the 36th minute of play forced Staffanstorp United FC's goalkeeper Kalle Kellman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Knut Lund's late challenge caught a Staffanstorp United FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Staffanstorp United FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
