Byske IFK's supporters rose to their feet, but Alfons Mårtensson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Linus Pettersson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wictor Sandberg was the one to do the kick off. Alex Sjöberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Wilhelm Mårtensson fell near the penalty area in the 81st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Byske IFK's protests and gave Wilhelm Mårtensson a yellow card for diving instead. In the 81st minute, Wilhelm Mårtensson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alex Sjöberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Linus Pettersson having to interfere. Wictor Sandberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 85th minute of the match, but Bengt Sjöberg made a huge save. After 88 minutes, Kaj Bäckström mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Dorotea and the Byske IFK players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 88th minute, Kaj Bäckström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
