Kolsva's Valentin Grönlund played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albert Låsberg in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Kolsva's zone, Vilgot Sörman stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Valentin Grönlund came out of the goal and Vilgot Sörman tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Nils-Emil Classon to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Jörn Melberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ove Beck scored 4-0 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kristian Olenberg, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sonny Holmberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 99th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
