After 5 played minutes Brickebackens SK got a freekick which was hit by Mattias Kihlman. After 7 played minutes Brickebackens SK got a freekick which was hit by Algot Häll. In the 8th match minute, Torshälla was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Björkqvist to maneuver through the defense. After 9 played minutes, Brickebackens SK's Sivert Siöberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Richard Ugla came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Brickebackens SK reached it. Richard Ugla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Häll, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After having played for 17 minutes, Algot Häll managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Holger Hagberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 38th minute Holger Hagberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Richard Ugla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Richard Ugla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Holger Hagberg in the 39th minute of play. Holger Hagberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Ugla having to interfere. Holger Hagberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Richard Ugla tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Holger Hagberg made a kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Torshälla's goal looked a bit too open when Holger Hagberg came free, but Richard Ugla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bo-Erik Bäckman fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Falkrantz having to interfere. For all the effort they put into the match, the Brickebackens SK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Torshälla.
