Folke Smed made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. In the 8th minute Malcolm Gernberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Smed saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Råttjägarna's Alf Sigman got a free kick in the 10th minute. Åseda IK's Ludvig Bergqvist got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 27 minutes into the match, Åseda IK's goal looked a bit too open when Alf Sigman came free, but Folke Smed reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albert Alin kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. After 36 minutes, Ludvig Bergqvist mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Åseda IK and the Råttjägarna players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Åseda IK getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Ludvig Bergqvist hit a great ball. Malcolm Gernberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Folke Smed tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the game, Åseda IK's Manfred Söderkvist nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kent Samuelsson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The wind increased when Henrik Markusson made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Råttjägarna's goal looked a bit too open when Ludvig Bergqvist came free, but Kent Samuelsson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 55 minutes into the match, Åseda IK's Henrik Markusson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Kent Samuelsson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Malcolm Gernberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Smed having to interfere. In the 62nd match minute, Åseda IK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albert Fransson to maneuver through the defense. When Ludvig Bergqvist came up free with the goalie in the 66th minute, the Åseda IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ludvig Bergqvist couldn't finish the play. Albert Fransson charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albert Fransson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Åseda IK getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Albert Fransson hit a great ball. Manfred Söderkvist hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. Alf Odén took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Folke Smed. Åseda IK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Alf Sigman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Henrik Markusson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Råttjägarna's Johannes Vacker got a free kick in the 79th minute. In the 80thth minute of the game Henrik Markusson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Råttjägarna's Kent Samuelsson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Henrik Markusson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Kent Samuelsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kent Samuelsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ludvig Bergqvist in the 85th minute of play. In the 87th minute, Henrik Markusson made a precise shot to the right of Kent Samuelsson. Råttjägarna's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alf Sigman in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Folke Smed prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kent Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ludvig Bergqvist, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ludvig Bergqvist scored 3-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Kent Samuelsson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 98th minute Henrik Markusson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kent Samuelsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Åseda IK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Råttjägarna for a fine match.
