Eric Lilja stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Leif Bagge's shot from short distance in the 47th minute. After the first half ringamåla kk were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

ringamåla kk's Stefan Giliusson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Käcker in the 52nd minute of play. If Eric Frisck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eric Lilja made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Stig Hägg sent off a good shot on target. Eric Lilja made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Frisck in the 69th minute of play. Leif Bagge's late challenge caught a FBI Tullinge's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Leif Bagge helped the player get up and apologised. Leif Bagge hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Stefan Giliusson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manfred Käcker, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. 79 minutes into the match, ringamåla kk's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Käcker came free, but Stefan Giliusson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eric Lilja took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eric Frisck, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eric Lilja showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eric Frisck, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. When Sven-Erik Stenman fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ringamåla kk's protests and gave Sven-Erik Stenman a yellow card for diving instead. After 93 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for ringamåla kk!
