In the 22nd match minute, Les Mbappe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Villiam Giöck to maneuver through the defense. Markus Löfgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 33 minutes, Markus Löfgren made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Sellekatt's Jan-Olof Siöberg tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oskar Westerberg in the 47th minute of play forced Les Mbappe's goalkeeper Robert Pedersson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Konrad Eriksson to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Sellekatt's Oskar Westerberg dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind Sellekatt's goalkeeper Jan-Olof Siöberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Ivan Borre's late challenge caught a Les Mbappe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ivan Borre helped the player get up and apologised. In the 56th match minute, Sellekatt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ivan Borre to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Les Mbappe's zone, Oskar Westerberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Robert Pedersson came out of the goal and Oskar Westerberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 67 minutes into the match, Sellekatt's goal looked a bit too open when Konrad Eriksson came free, but Jan-Olof Siöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Markus Löfgren sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 73rd match minute, Sellekatt was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonas Lundström to maneuver through the defense. Konrad Eriksson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 83 minutes, Konrad Eriksson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Les Mbappe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Konrad Eriksson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jan-Olof Siöberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Markus Löfgren, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Ivan Borre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Les Mbappe's Robert Pedersson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Oskar Westerberg in the 90th minute of play. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
