In the 9th minute Wictor Lind shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fredric Giöck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Frank Bruse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lokomotiv Södertälje FK's Ola Stor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frank Kruse in the 20th minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Ayis Fc's goal looked a bit too open when Bernt Lindqvist came free, but Fredric Giöck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Fredric Giöck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernt Lindqvist in the 25th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bernt Lindqvist in the 29th minute of play forced Ayis Fc's goalkeeper Fredric Giöck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Bruse could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Ola Stor made a huge save. In the 37th match minute, Ayis Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Göran Haeger to maneuver through the defense. The audience held their breath when Mattias Carlsson in the 39th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Fredric Giöck's left hand side. Frank Bruse received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Ola Stor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Bernt Lindqvist made a kick off. Valter Hultstrand kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. Fredric Giöck made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wictor Lind in the 82nd minute. Bernt Lindqvist had several of the Ayis Fc's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 84 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-1 score and a disappointed Fredric Giöck as he didn't even see the shot coming. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Lokomotiv Södertälje FK eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
