Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Kjell Björck made the kick off and thus started the match. The audience was convinced that Petter Säv's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jerry Kilman was relentless in the 7th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Shrooms's Stellan Lilja got a free kick in the 9th minute. Jerry Kilman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fred Hård, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. 12 minutes into the game, Mathias Dalberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Skånes Fagerhult's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Shrooms the free kick. A collision led to Skånes Fagerhult getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Mathias Dalberg hit a great ball. After having played for 13 minutes, Stig-Arne Qvalfeldt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Shrooms's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Arne Qvalfeldt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 15 played minutes Shrooms got a freekick which was hit by Stig-Ove Bern. Nils-Åke Bock sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When Stellan Lilja fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Shrooms's protests and gave Stellan Lilja a yellow card for diving instead. In the 22nd match minute, Shrooms was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stellan Lilja to maneuver through the defense. Mathias Dalberg struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Jerry Kilman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Skånes Fagerhult. 29 minutes into the game, Shrooms's Jan Gunnarsson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jesper Ahlbom made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Jerry Kilman took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nils-Åke Bock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute, Kjell Björck hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 39th minute, Nils-Åke Bock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 42 minutes into the match, Jan Gunnarsson notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Skånes Fagerhult's Jesper Ahlbom. Jesper Ahlbom was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Wictor Pil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jerry Kilman having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Wictor Pil made the kick off in the second half. Sonny Wallander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Shrooms's defense didn't have a chance, in the 55th minute, when Wictor Pil scored to the left of an out of position Jerry Kilman, making the score, 2-1. If Fred Hård had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 63 minutes, Fred Hård managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jerry Kilman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 76 minutes into the match, Shrooms's goalkeeper Jerry Kilman had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Nils-Åke Bock. After a defensive mix-up in Shrooms's zone, Fred Hård stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerry Kilman came out of the goal and Fred Hård tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Petter Säv came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the Skånes Fagerhult fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Petter Säv couldn't finish the play. In the 85th minute, Nils-Åke Bock got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 90th minute, Skånes Fagerhult's Sonny Wallander seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Sonny Wallander the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Skånes Fagerhult protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Sonny Wallander had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 90th minute, one of Skånes Fagerhult:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Skånes Fagerhult. In the 92nd minute there was a penalty for Shrooms. Stig-Arne Qvalfeldt stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jesper Ahlbom. 3-1. After a defensive mix-up in Shrooms's zone, Nils-Åke Bock stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jerry Kilman came out of the goal and Nils-Åke Bock tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew the final whistle, Shrooms could leave the field as winners, despite Skånes Fagerhult having more of the ball for most of the match.
