BK Messias's Allan Wassenius proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save BK Messias from getting a goal against them. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nils-Åke Tomasson during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 4th minute, Nils-Åke Tomasson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bengt-Rune Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 10th minute Ulrik Bennet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Folke Låsberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bengt-Rune Andersson in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Folke Låsberg saved Joga Bonita FC from getting behind. If Ulrik Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Bengt-Rune Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. BK Messias's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt-Rune Andersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Folke Låsberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torsten Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Johannes Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Nils-Åke Tomasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Allan Wassenius having to interfere. After a rather tough play, BK Messias's Magnus Ödman got a free kick in the 27th minute. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Joga Bonita FC's goalkeeper Folke Låsberg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Johannes Andersson got his second yellow card in the match during the 32nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. With a little luck, BK Messias's Allan Wassenius got control of the ball when Nils-Åke Tomasson tried to sneak it across the goal line. Torsten Andersson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Torsten Andersson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Joga Bonita FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Torsten Andersson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ulrik Bennet to strike the kick off in the second half. Ulrik Bennet recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Adrian Joensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Folke Låsberg having to interfere. Allan Wassenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torsten Andersson went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Olov Örtendahl kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. If Torsten Andersson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Folke Låsberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Ulrik Bennet went, in the 70th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. When Nils-Åke Tomasson came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Joga Bonita FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nils-Åke Tomasson couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Joga Bonita FC booed when BK Messias was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernt Nordström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bengt-Rune Andersson kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Konrad Blom, 79 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Nils-Åke Tomasson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ulrik Bennet had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Joga Bonita FC's Folke Låsberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Magnus Ödman in the 88th minute of play. Allan Wassenius didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Torsten Andersson went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score.
