The audience thought a goal was coming when Kjell-Arne Ferm got free with Eskil Nord in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 16 minutes into the match, Tullinge United FK's goal looked a bit too open when Göran Kråk came free, but Filip Säv reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eskil Nord made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Linus Törnqvist in the 18th minute of play. The supporters of Tullinge United FK booed when Mönsterås was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximilian Andreasson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Kjell-Arne Ferm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eskil Nord having to interfere.
