The referee ignored Vegeholms if's protests and gave Valdemar Bjursell a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Vegeholms if's Valdemar Bjursell got a free kick in the 3rd minute. In the 6th minute, Gustaf Alin left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sorkarnas BK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Tobias Bergqvist recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 11th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Erling Hylander's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but David Hjelm was relentless in the 15th minute of the game. Tobias Bergqvists short, quick shot in the 17thth minute got Karl-Åke Friberger to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Birger Friberger charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Birger Friberger the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Sorkarnas BK booed when Vegeholms if was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Birger Friberger didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Erling Hylander in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck David Hjelm prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 32nd match minute, Vegeholms if was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edward Pil to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Gustaf Alin made a precise shot to the right of David Hjelm. Vegeholms if's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Gustav Nilsson hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. A collision led to Vegeholms if getting a freekick after 38 minutes play. Tobias Bergqvist hit a great ball. Erling Hylander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Hjelm having to interfere. If Tobias Bergqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47thth minute of the game Per Lindström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sorkarnas BK's Karl-Åke Friberger was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Per Lindström made the kick off in the second half. Valdemar Bjursell hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Gustaf Alin struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. David Hjelm didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sorkarnas BK. The audience thought a goal was coming when Erling Hylander got free with David Hjelm in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Tobias Bergqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Per Lindström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 80th minute, Gustav Nilsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jan-Åke Kellbom took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 81st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Karl-Åke Friberger. Sorkarnas BK's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Karl-Åke Friberger showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Lindström in the 86th minute of the match. Karl-Åke Friberger didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Lindström went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 1-3 was the resulting score. The Sorkarnas BK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
