Christian Jonasson's late challenge caught a Ånge RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Christian Jonasson helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kärna IK getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Christian Jonasson hit a great ball.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Adam Rolfsson to strike the kick off in the second half. Mats Bremming's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 52ndth minute, Nils Backman skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Ronny Henriksson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frans Dahlquist having to interfere. The referee ignored Ånge RK's protests and gave Robin Klintæus a yellow card for diving instead. Robin Klintæus kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Ronny Henriksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Frans Dahlquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Ronny Henriksson came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Kärna IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ronny Henriksson couldn't finish the play. In the 96th minute, Alvar Borre got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ånge RK's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
