Spectators: 7329 (Terracing: 5498, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 145) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Nils-Åke Askestät fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isaac Kinnman having to interfere. 6 minutes into the game, Altersbruk's Leonardo Nord nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gunnar Igelström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Robin Apelqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Altersbruk's supporters rose to their feet, but Robin Apelqvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gunnar Igelström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leonardo Nord sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leonardo Nord received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Gunnar Igelström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gunnar Igelström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Robin Apelqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Arne Håkansson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gunnar Igelström read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Leonardo Nord scored 0-2 in the 31st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gunnar Igelström, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arne Håkansson took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gunnar Igelström. Gunnar Igelström dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. Leonardo Nord fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gunnar Igelström having to interfere. After 40 played minutes Babooska Boys got a freekick which was hit by Johan Sandberg. After a defensive mix-up in Babooska Boys's zone, Arne Håkansson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gunnar Igelström came out of the goal and Arne Håkansson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gunnar Igelström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arne Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. The supporters of Altersbruk booed when Babooska Boys was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tord Lange didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harry Söderström, 47 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Tony Haeger to strike the kick off in the second half. Gunnar Igelström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Arne Håkansson's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Arne Håkansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gunnar Igelström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Leonardo Nord in the 68th minute. When Tony Haeger came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Babooska Boys fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tony Haeger couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Altersbruk getting a freekick after 74 minutes play. Tobias Möller hit a great ball. Isaac Kinnman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tony Haeger in the 76th minute of the match. Arne Håkansson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Leonardo Nord came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the Altersbruk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leonardo Nord couldn't finish the play. Gunnar Igelström showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arne Håkansson in the 88th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Leonardo Nord got free with Gunnar Igelström in the 89th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gunnar Igelström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arne Håkansson in the 90th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Arne Håkansson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gunnar Igelström. That made the score 0-4 in the 94 minute of play. Altersbruk's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
