Spectators: 6671 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1671, VIP seats: 0) Håkan Vennerlund made the kick off and thus started the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Håkan Vennerlund in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Malte Lundberg prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 7 played minutes Vemhån FF got a freekick which was hit by Roger Högman. Edmund Nyström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elias Utfal having to interfere. If Albin Pil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertil Vassenius during the 24th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Vemhån FF booed when Stoby was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bertil Vassenius didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stoby's Malte Lundberg proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Stoby from getting a goal against them. Malte Lundberg stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Håkan Vennerlund's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Stoby's Malte Lundberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Albin Pil in the 33rd minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Albin Pil left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vemhån FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. After a rather tough play, Stoby's Adrian Sörman got a free kick in the 36th minute. If Albin Pil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Albin Pil received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Malte Lundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Vemhån FF's zone, Simon Lundkvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Elias Utfal came out of the goal and Simon Lundkvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

Håkan Vennerlund sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolf Kvick in the 58th minute of play forced Stoby's goalkeeper Malte Lundberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Albin Pil came up free with the goalie in the 60th minute, the Vemhån FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Albin Pil couldn't finish the play. Albin Pil fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Malte Lundberg having to interfere. Håkan Vennerlund received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Malte Lundberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Tord Asserlindh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elias Utfal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmund Nyström in the 78th minute of the match. If Edmund Nyström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Stoby defense, Rolf Kvick kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Malte Lundberg. The Stoby fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Malte Lundberg should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Vemhån FF players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
