The audience thought a goal was coming when Mattias Gummeson got free with Claes Falk in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mölltorp IK's Claes Falk proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Mölltorp IK from getting a goal against them. Mattias Gummeson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Falk having to interfere. Hampus Carlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hampus Carlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Mölltorp IK's Hampus Carlberg got a free kick in the 15th minute. Claes Falk made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Manfred Ahlerot in the 22nd minute of play. In the 36th minute, Mattias Gummeson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Falk was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. In the 41st minute, Gabriel Kielberg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Algren stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Claes Falk showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manfred Ahlerot in the 51st minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Mölltorp IK's zone, Mattias Gummeson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Claes Falk came out of the goal and Mattias Gummeson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Arnäsvall's Manfred Ahlerot in the 56th minute got a chance for a shot 56th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mölltorp IK's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Manfred Ahlerot in the 61st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Claes Falk saved Mölltorp IK from getting behind. Mattias Gummeson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Mattias Gummeson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 71st minute, Ronny Blom hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Mölltorp IK defense, Mattias Gummeson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Claes Falk. The Mölltorp IK fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Claes Falk should have stopped the shot. Christian Algren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Mattias Gummeson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Claes Falk was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. 82 minutes into the match, Arnäsvall's Mattias Gummeson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Claes Falk narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Claes Falk showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mattias Gummeson, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Claes Falk stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mattias Gummeson's shot from short distance in the 93rd minute. Manfred Ahlerot received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Claes Falk tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
