With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mattias Gummeson in the 16th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Robin Mårtensson saved Solna IF from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Arnäsvall's Mattias Gummeson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Robin Mårtensson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 20 minutes into the match, Solna IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Gummeson came free, but Robin Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Mårtensson made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mattias Gummeson in the 24th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 25 minutes, Robin Mårtensson successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Robin Mårtensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Manfred Ahlerot's shot from short distance in the 31st minute. Manfred Ahlerot struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Robin Mårtensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arnäsvall. 33 minutes into the match, Solna IF's goal looked a bit too open when Manfred Ahlerot came free, but Robin Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rutger Arenberg hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Arnäsvall's Gottfrid Simonsson tried to score from far away in the 36th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mattias Gummeson got free with Robin Mårtensson in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When Sven-Arne Lundström came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Solna IF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sven-Arne Lundström couldn't finish the play. Manfred Ahlerot struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Robin Mårtensson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Arnäsvall. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Manfred Ahlerot made a kick off. Rune Bergdal fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredrik Gregersson having to interfere. Robin Mårtensson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mattias Gummeson in the 53rd minute of the match. Mattias Gummeson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Robin Mårtensson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 56th minute of play. Manfred Ahlerot recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After having played for 60 minutes, Mattias Gummeson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Arnäsvall's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mattias Gummeson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 62nd minute, Åke Gallin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 69 minutes, Mattias Gummeson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Solna IF's Robin Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manfred Ahlerot in the 77th minute of play. Robin Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Manfred Ahlerot, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With his leg Fredrik Gregersson managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when Solna IF's Åke Gallin fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 84 minutes into the match, Solna IF's goal looked a bit too open when Mattias Gummeson came free, but Robin Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Åke Gallin got free with Fredrik Gregersson in the 86th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 89th minute, Mattias Gummeson made a precise shot to the right of Robin Mårtensson. Solna IF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 93rd minute Manfred Ahlerot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Robin Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Arnäsvall booed when Solna IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rutger Arenberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arnäsvall's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
