Särö IK's supporters rose to their feet, but Magnus Eliasson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kurt Boman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Joakim Vacker fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kurt Boman having to interfere. Charles Dalberg took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Kurt Boman. Kurt Boman dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. There was no doubt that Särö IK were the better team. Särö IK's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
