Patrick Överman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Edmund Berg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 20th minute of the match, Sonny Carlberg got a very nice opportunity to score, but Edmund Berg was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. If John Vestberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Ame's John Vestberg suffered a concussion in the 38th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. Osvald Odeen hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Sonny Carlberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Edmund Berg made a huge save. After having played for 43 minutes, Sonny Carlberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ame's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sonny Carlberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 47 minutes, Wilhelm Rosin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sunnemo's Douglas Blomberg got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilhelm Rosin got free with Per-Olof Törnkvist in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Patrick Överman's late challenge caught a Sunnemo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patrick Överman helped the player get up and apologised. Patrick Överman hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Wilhelm Rosin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Per-Olof Törnkvist having to interfere. Per-Olof Törnkvist was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kurt Burman showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 76 minute of play. Ame's Patrick Överman got his second yellow card of the match in the 79th minute. The referee ordered Patrick Överman off the ground. After a rather tough play, Ame's Patrick Överman got a free kick in the 80th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Kurt Burman in the 85th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Per-Olof Törnkvist saved Ame from getting behind. When Sunnemo's Kurt Burman in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Ame's goalie prevented a goal. Sunnemo's Kurt Burman got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
