Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Olov Pålsson took the kick off in the first half of the match. 4 minutes into the match, Stenkullen's goalkeeper Vilhelm Siöberg had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Åke Alin. In the 13th minute, Olov Pålsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Åke Alin's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 17thth minute, Vilhelm Siöberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Vilhelm Siöberg was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Kurt Matsson showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 18 minute of play. Kurt Matsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Vilhelm Siöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 24 minutes into the match, Stenkullen's goal looked a bit too open when Kurt Matsson came free, but Vilhelm Siöberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Olov Pålsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fogdö IF's Kurt Matsson got a good chance for a goal in the 28th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 31 minutes into the game, Kurt Matsson recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vilhelm Siöberg. Kurt Matsson showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. In the 37th minute of the match Stig Askstedt sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vilhelm Siöberg skillfully saved the ball. Kurt Matsson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kurt Matsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Fogdö IF's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Olov Pålsson 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-2. Åke Alin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Vilhelm Siöberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Vilhelm Siöberg took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Åke Alin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lars Lindkvist hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd minute, Kurt Matsson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vilhelm Siöberg was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Kurt Matsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Brian Pettersson made a fantastic save in the 83rd minute, when Bo-Erik Näver sent off a good shot on target. In the 87th minute Åke Alin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vilhelm Siöberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 89th minute, Jens Alberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per Brolin's shot from long distance in the 91st minute was not bad at all, but Fogdö IF's Brian Pettersson knew what was happening and pushed the ball into his arms just before it hit the right post. In the 92nd match minute, Fogdö IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elof Tunander to maneuver through the defense. After 95 minutes Fogdö IF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Per Brolin who took care of the corner kick. Per Brolin made a great header on Stenkullen's corner, it was just that Fogdö IF's Brian Pettersson managed to reach the ball for a save. Fogdö IF's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
