Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Evert Kleen in the 4th minute of play forced Åkarp's goalkeeper Kristian Nerli to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lars Molander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fredric Ek having to interfere. After 9 minutes, Timmy Näfver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Vittaryd and the Åkarp players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Vittaryd's Timmy Näfver got a free kick in the 9th minute. Fredric Ek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lars Molander, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Åkarp's goalkeeper Kristian Nerli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th match minute, Vittaryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Timmy Näfver to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes Åkarp got a freekick which was hit by Elliot Törnblom. 26 minutes into the match, Gunnar Håkansson had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fredric Ek. Vittaryd's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gunnar Håkansson was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Lars Molander's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fredric Ek read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Åkarp's zone, Evert Kleen stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kristian Nerli came out of the goal and Evert Kleen tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 41 minutes into the match, Vittaryd's goal looked a bit too open when Gunnar Håkansson came free, but Fredric Ek reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th match minute, Vittaryd was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jörgen Palmquist to maneuver through the defense. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Lars Molander to make the kick off. If Jörgen Palmquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Timmy Näfver hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After recieving a nice pass, Åkarp's Ted Ahlroht tried to score from far away in the 58th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. If Gunnar Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 65th minute Jörgen Palmquist shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kristian Nerli saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lars Molander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jörgen Palmquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Kristian Nerli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77th minute, Jens-Erik Torsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 78thth minute of the game Jörgen Palmquist who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Åkarp's Kristian Nerli was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jörgen Palmquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Kristian Nerli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fredric Ek was out of position in the 83 minute of play, and Gunnar Håkansson capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Gunnar Håkansson really showed his touch with that goal: 1-2. When Elliot Törnblom fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Åkarp's protests and gave Elliot Törnblom a yellow card for diving instead. Elliot Törnblom kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Jörgen Palmquist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kristian Nerli having to interfere. Vittaryd's Fredric Ek proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save Vittaryd from getting a goal against them. Åkarp's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
