Spectators: 7304 (Terracing: 5479, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 145) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kent Wassenius got the match started through his kick off. Nils-Åke Lind charged in rather forcefully in the 7th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 8th minute there was a penalty for Srbija FF. Bengt Böcklund stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Sven Bruhn. 0-1. Kåre Jönsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Sven Bruhn tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Torsten Edström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. Jens-Erik Sandström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes in the game, Torsten Edström fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jens-Erik Sandström having to interfere. Kent Wassenius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sävedalen's Sven Bruhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Karl-Oskar Bengtsson in the 38th minute of play. Torsten Edström's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Jens-Erik Sandström firmly grabbed it by the left post. After some fancy dribbling in the 42nd minute, Kåre Jönsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. Srbija FF's supporters rose to their feet, but Kåre Jönsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sven Bruhn breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 46 played minutes Sävedalen got a freekick which was hit by Björn Flink. In the 47th minute, Torsten Gregersson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Kim Rosendahl held his arms out in dispair when he, after a nice solo performance in the 48th minute, finished the attack by shooting the ball on the wrong side of the right post. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Karl-Oskar Bengtsson was the one to do the kick off. Jens-Erik Sandström came out of the goal in the 51st minute to try and stop a shot by Sävedalen's Torsten Edström. But to his dismay, Torsten Edström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After 56 played minutes Karl-Oskar Bengtsson rounded Sävedalen's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-2. In the 64th minute, Kåre Jönsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpected shot in the 66th minute by Kåre Jönsson got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. In the 78th minute, Kent Wassenius left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sävedalen fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. 88 minutes into the match, Sävedalen's goalkeeper Sven Bruhn had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Kåre Jönsson. Torsten Edström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 92nd minute. Jens-Erik Sandström tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
