Helsingborg FF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skattkärr RK the free kick. After 92 played minutes Helsingborg FF got a freekick which was hit by Sakarias Lund. Torgny Damm fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulf Mogren having to interfere. When the match was over Skattkärr RK could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Helsingborg FF throughout the match.
