Mattias Boklund ran back to his position shaking his head. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Andréas Larsson made a kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Mattias Boklund managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Potente's supporters rose to their feet, but Mattias Boklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Erik Fribäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 60 minutes, Mattias Boklund managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mattias Boklund couldn't finish the play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Boris Källberg during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee gave FC Potente a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Sune Ersman, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of CarMic FC's Karl-Erik Fribäck. 3-1. FC Potente's supporters rose to their feet, but Mattias Boklund was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Karl-Erik Fribäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mattias Boklund in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Fribäck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Andréas Larsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Fribäck having to interfere. Evert Alstedt was out of position in the 96 minute of play, and Alvar Boman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Alvar Boman really showed his touch with that goal: 4-2. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. FC Potente had played much better football throughout.
