But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Anton Enström couldn't finish the play. Anton Enström struck a weak shot in the 27th minute. Krister Modig didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for CarMic FC. After some fancy dribbling in the 28th minute, Anton Enström managed to get in a good position for a shot. CarMic FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Anton Enström was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Krister Modig breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Torsten Rosin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 35 minutes into the match, CarMic FC's goal looked a bit too open when Stig-Arne Termander came free, but Karl-Erik Fribäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Stig-Arne Termander in the 38th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Karl-Erik Fribäck prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Stig-Arne Termander fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Karl-Erik Fribäck having to interfere. CarMic FC's Karl-Erik Fribäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torsten Rosin in the 42nd minute of play. Torsten Rosin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Karl-Erik Fribäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Anton Enström to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Peter Vester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Stig-Arne Termander in the 55th minute of play forced CarMic FC's goalkeeper Karl-Erik Fribäck to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes of play, Kungsgården's Torsten Rosin made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Karl-Erik Fribäck was left in no man's land by his defense there! Stig-Arne Termander could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Karl-Erik Fribäck made a huge save. In the 63rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Kungsgården's goalkeeper Krister Modig, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Björn Hellström hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. When Daniel Gallin fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kungsgården's protests and gave Daniel Gallin a yellow card for diving instead. Krister Modig went to the wrong direction when Stellan Nordlander was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Stig-Arne Termander sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patric Käcker's late challenge caught a Kungsgården's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Patric Käcker helped the player get up and apologised. Patric Käcker kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. 76 minutes into the match, Kungsgården's Hugo Lindman broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Björn Hellström kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. If Evert Ekman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Stig-Arne Termander had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Stig-Arne Termander recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kungsgården's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
