Carl Dalgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl-Axel Dalkvist in the 7th minute of play. Dag Åkesson kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. In the 10thth minute of the game Dan Bank who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Umeå's Carl Dalgren was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Karl-Axel Dalkvist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Carl Dalgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tun's Dan Bank got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Carl Dalgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Karl-Axel Dalkvist's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karl-Axel Dalkvist in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carl Dalgren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Carl Dalgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Bank in the 23rd minute of play. Carl Dalgren stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Dan Bank's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. With an all-out effort, Umeå's Jörgen Magnusson threw himself towards the right post 30 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Mathias Dalman, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Martin Lindberg scored 0-2 in the 33rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Carl Dalgren, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sakarias Vennerkvist was extremely unlucky when he, in the 39th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Dan Bank fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Dalgren having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Karl-Axel Dalkvist in the 44th minute of play forced Umeå's goalkeeper Carl Dalgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Dalgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Bank in the 46th minute of play. If Dan Bank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Umeå players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Tun were winning 0-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Karl-Axel Dalkvist to make the kick off. Jörgen Magnusson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mathias Dalman in the 52nd minute of the match. Mathias Dalman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mathias Dalman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 60 minutes into the match, Umeå's goal looked a bit too open when Karl-Axel Dalkvist came free, but Carl Dalgren reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carl Dalgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Karl-Axel Dalkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 72nd minute, Dan Bank managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tun's supporters rose to their feet, but Dan Bank was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Carl Dalgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Umeå's Carl Dalgren proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Umeå from getting a goal against them. With a little luck, Umeå's Carl Dalgren got control of the ball when Dan Bank tried to sneak it across the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, Umeå's goalkeeper Carl Dalgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Bank. If Dan Bank had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carl Dalgren was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Karl-Axel Dalkvist showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 85 minute of play. After having played for 91 minutes, Dan Bank managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tun's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dan Bank was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Karl-Axel Dalkvist fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl Dalgren having to interfere. Karl-Axel Dalkvist was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 97th minute. Tun's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. The Umeå fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Tun were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
