Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 4995, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 5) An unexpectedly hard shot by Staffan Bergvall in the 6th minute of play forced Sibbhult RK's goalkeeper Sven-Ove Lundgren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Axel Söderström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute Staffan Bergvall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Ove Lundgren saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Eddie Åström in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Sven-Ove Lundgren saved Sibbhult RK from getting behind. The supporters of Sibbhult RK booed when Kolsuparna BK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eddie Åström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Staffan Bergvall received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sven-Ove Lundgren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Osvald Billing charged in rather forcefully in the 36th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Osvald Billing the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sibbhult RK's Osvald Billing got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 40th minute, Staffan Bergvall got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Sibbhult RK's zone, Staffan Bergvall stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sven-Ove Lundgren came out of the goal and Staffan Bergvall tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Malcolm Hedbom to make the kick off. With a little luck, Sibbhult RK's Sven-Ove Lundgren got control of the ball when Axel Söderström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Frans Lundgren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Kennet Möllgren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Hedbom in the 75th minute of play. Sibbhult RK's Sven-Ove Lundgren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Staffan Bergvall in the 76th minute of play. 80 minutes into the game, Staffan Bergvall cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Sven-Ove Lundgren was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Sven-Ove Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Åström in the 85th minute of the match. Sven-Ove Lundgren came out of the goal in the 91st minute to try and stop a shot by Kolsuparna BK's Axel Söderström. But to his dismay, Axel Söderström quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. After 96 played minutes Kolsuparna BK got a freekick which was hit by Richard Beckman. 97 minutes into the match, Sibbhult RK's Marcus Hylander broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal.
