Yngve Berggren took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 8th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Georg Kullander. Mölle IF's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Inge Fredriksson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. If Sven-Arne Alebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wilhelm Valler made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sven-Arne Alebeck in the 19th minute of play. After 23 played minutes Vännäs BF got a freekick which was hit by Yngve Berggren. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bengt-Åke Sandwall during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 29 minutes into the match, Mölle IF's goal looked a bit too open when Svante Edström came free, but Georg Kullander reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Bengt-Åke Sandwall was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 31 minutes had been played. In the 31st minute, Bengt-Åke Sandwall hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 32nd minute of the match Patrik Lenberg sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Wilhelm Valler skillfully saved the ball. 36 minutes into the match, Vännäs BF's goal looked a bit too open when Sven-Arne Alebeck came free, but Wilhelm Valler reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lucas Stenquist received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Wilhelm Valler tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lucas Stenquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elias Molin to make the kick off. If Sven-Arne Alebeck had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vännäs BF's Wilhelm Valler proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Vännäs BF from getting a goal against them. Elias Molin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Georg Kullander having to interfere. Wilhelm Valler showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Stenquist in the 67th minute of the match. Lucas Stenquist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Lucas Stenquist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Wilhelm Valler read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 72nd minute of play. If Elias Molin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Mölle IF's Patrik Lenberg got a free kick in the 77th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vännäs BF's zone, Lucas Stenquist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Wilhelm Valler came out of the goal and Lucas Stenquist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Svante Edström charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Svante Edström the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 86 minutes into the match, Patrik Lenberg sent off a long shot that looked like it was going straight into the goal, but because Wilhelm Valler threw himself in his full length he managed to grip the ball by the left post, and there was no goal for Patrik Lenberg this time. If Lucas Stenquist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 94 minutes, Elias Molin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Vännäs BF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elias Molin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of Vännäs BF booed when Mölle IF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bo-Erik Dusett didn't get a good kick on the ball. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
