In the 13thth minute of the game Wiktor Klemensson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sandhem IF's Kjell-Arne Lindman was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Robert Högström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wiktor Klemensson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kjell-Arne Lindman having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Wiktor Klemensson in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kjell-Arne Lindman saved Sandhem IF from getting behind. Wiktor Klemensson recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 22 minutes into the game, Gösta Arenberg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Limmared's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Sandhem IF the free kick. After 22 played minutes Limmared got a freekick which was hit by Gösta Arenberg. Sandhem IF's Kjell-Arne Lindman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Patrik Hedberg in the 25th minute of play. Kjell-Arne Lindman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wiktor Klemensson in the 26th minute of play. The Limmared fans' excitement grew in the 26th match minute when Limmared's Wiktor Klemensson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a defensive mix-up in Limmared's zone, Elliott Juhlin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Svante Söderström came out of the goal and Elliott Juhlin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 41 minutes, Wiktor Klemensson made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Sandhem IF's Kjell-Arne Lindman tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Sandhem IF getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Jesper Strömqvist hit a great ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wiktor Klemensson made a kick off. 55 minutes into the match, Limmared's goal looked a bit too open when Elliott Juhlin came free, but Svante Söderström reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gottfrid Blom helped the player get up and apologised. In the 67th match minute, Limmared was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gottfrid Blom to maneuver through the defense. Svante Söderström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elliott Juhlin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Bo-Erik Ahlrot shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svante Söderström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aleksander Ekström's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Kjell-Arne Lindman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 96th minute of play. Svante Söderström didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elliott Juhlin went, in the 99th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-6 was the resulting score.
