Kristian Strömberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Rudolf Fågel skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. When Jörgen Alebeck fell near the penalty area in the 10th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Motståndarlaget's protests and gave Jörgen Alebeck a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Motståndarlaget getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Jörgen Alebeck hit a great ball. If Marcus Alin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the match, Flyers's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Ekenberg came free, but Rudolf Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Motståndarlaget were awarded a corner in the 19th minute after Flyers's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Elliott Nyberg took the corner. Motståndarlaget's Elliott Nyberg was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rudolf Fågel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. If Marcus Alin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 33rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Olle Ekenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 38th minute. Rudolf Fågel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rudolf Fågel came out of the goal in the 41st minute to try and stop a shot by Motståndarlaget's Kristian Strömberg. But to his dismay, Kristian Strömberg quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. The supporters of Flyers booed when Motståndarlaget was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Charles Dickens didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thomas Bure to make the kick off. Alfons Holm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Alin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nils-Erik Mellbad charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nils-Erik Mellbad the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Rudolf Fågel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olle Ekenberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Motståndarlaget's defense didn't have a chance, in the 70th minute, when Thomas Bure scored to the left of an out of position Alfons Holm, making the score, 1-1. 78 minutes into the match, Flyers's goal looked a bit too open when Olle Ekenberg came free, but Rudolf Fågel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Flyers's Rudolf Fågel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Olle Ekenberg in the 93rd minute of play. Erik Söderström hit a great freekick 94 minutes into the match. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
