Spectators: 6672 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Ralf Kämpe kicked off to start the match. Bo Bengtsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per-Åke Andberg in the 4th minute of the match. In the 9th minute of the match Hjalmar Kielberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bo Bengtsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Sundsbruk BF getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Aaron Högström hit a great ball. Alex Andreasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Bo Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 13th minute Per-Åke Andberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bo Bengtsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 14th minute of the match Mark Mellberg shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bo Bengtsson showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 16th minute, Per-Åke Andberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sibräcka GOIF's supporters rose to their feet, but Per-Åke Andberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bo Bengtsson breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per-Åke Andberg in the 17th minute of play forced Sundsbruk BF's goalkeeper Bo Bengtsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Andreasson struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Bo Bengtsson didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sibräcka GOIF. Alex Andreasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Bo Bengtsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Alex Andreasson in the 24th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bo Bengtsson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Alex Andreasson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bo Bengtsson having to interfere. Bo Bengtsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per-Åke Andberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Bo Bengtsson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Per-Åke Andberg in the 35th minute of play. Albert Bammerman succeeded in the game's 42nd minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

In the 51st minute Sven-Åke Engström suffered a foot injury and had to be helped off the field. When Helge Holmberg fell near the penalty area in the 51st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Sibräcka GOIF's protests and gave Helge Holmberg a yellow card for diving instead. Helge Holmberg hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. If Per-Åke Andberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alex Andreasson was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 59th minute. Sibräcka GOIF's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Albert Bammerman in the 66th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Reine Karlberg saved Sibräcka GOIF from getting behind. In the 74th match minute, Sundsbruk BF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ulrik Vallmark to maneuver through the defense. 74 minutes into the match, Sibräcka GOIF's Mark Mellberg broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. 78 minutes in the game, Helge Holmberg fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bo Bengtsson having to interfere. With a little luck, Sundsbruk BF's Bo Bengtsson got control of the ball when Per-Åke Andberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Per-Åke Andberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Sundsbruk BF getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Aaron Högström hit a great ball. Aaron Högström kicked well hit freekick during the 89th minute of the match. Many of Sibräcka GOIF's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Sibräcka GOIF may have spent more time on the ball, but Sundsbruk BF were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
