Tomas Pettersson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabian Lindberg, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 11 minutes into the match, Östen Juhlin dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tomas Pettersson, 1-0. 23 minutes in the game, Östen Juhlin fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Tomas Pettersson having to interfere. Matthias Sjö sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 28 played minutes Sporrar FC got a freekick which was hit by Matthias Olsson. Fabian Lindberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Tomas Pettersson made a huge save. Östen Juhlin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Östen Juhlin came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Sporrar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Östen Juhlin couldn't finish the play. In the 43rd minute Östen Juhlin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tomas Pettersson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michael Fridlund recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Östen Juhlin was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Sporrar FC's zone, Matthias Sjö stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evert Brask came out of the goal and Matthias Sjö tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Sporrar FC booed when Bygdsiljum BF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Oskar Lange didn't get a good kick on the ball. 57 minutes into the match, Bygdsiljum BF's goal looked a bit too open when Östen Juhlin came free, but Tomas Pettersson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Michael Fridlund got free with Evert Brask in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 73 minutes into the match, Östen Juhlin notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of Bygdsiljum BF's Tomas Pettersson. Tomas Pettersson was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Bygdsiljum BF's Joacim Söder got a free kick in the 78th minute. In the 81st minute, Östen Juhlin made a precise shot to the right of Tomas Pettersson. Bygdsiljum BF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. Fabian Lindberg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Oskar Lange hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. The audience was convinced that Matthias Sjö's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Evert Brask was relentless in the 98th minute of the game. Sporrar FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Bygdsiljum BF for a fine match.
