Östen Collin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Åke Söderquist tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gösta Åström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paul Strömbom fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Åke Söderquist having to interfere. The supporters of Nossebro RK booed when JunkHunks was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Calle Askestät didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to JunkHunks getting a freekick after 21 minutes play. Calle Askestät hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, Nossebro RK's Pelle Dahlberg tried to score from far away in the 21st minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When Nossebro RK's Niclas Josefsson in the 23rd minute got a chance for a shot 23rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye JunkHunks's goalie prevented a goal. If Gösta Åström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Mattias Strömberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olle Rosen having to interfere. Paul Strömbom hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Jon Holmgren, 29 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After 33 minutes, Fredrik Torsberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Nossebro RK and the JunkHunks players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 34 played minutes Nossebro RK got a freekick which was hit by Fredrik Torsberg. Åke Söderquist stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Östen Collin's shot from short distance in the 42nd minute. If Niclas Josefsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience was convinced that Östen Collin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Åke Söderquist was relentless in the 47th minute of the game. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niclas Josefsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Gösta Åström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olle Rosen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. JunkHunks's Åke Söderquist played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Niclas Josefsson in the 56th minute of play. Calle Askestät's late challenge caught a Nossebro RK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calle Askestät helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, JunkHunks's Calle Askestät got a free kick in the 57th minute. In the 61st minute, Samuel Hernström hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jon Holmgren was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 62nd played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Nossebro RK's Östen Collin got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 70 minutes into the match, JunkHunks's goalkeeper Åke Söderquist had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Östen Collin. Östen Collin scored 0-1 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Åke Söderquist, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 76 minutes into the game, Östen Collin recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Åke Söderquist. Östen Collin showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-2. The supporters of JunkHunks booed when Nossebro RK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig-Åke Nordal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pelle Dahlberg charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pelle Dahlberg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 82 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Nossebro RK! 85 minutes into the match, Jon Holmgren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olle Rosen. Nossebro RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jon Holmgren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. When JunkHunks's Mattias Strömberg in the 91st minute got a chance for a shot 91st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nossebro RK's goalie prevented a goal. After having played for 97 minutes, Stig-Åke Nordal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nossebro RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Stig-Åke Nordal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The Nossebro RK players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
