Seating: 1672, VIP seats: 144) Billy Bocklund made the kick off and thus started the match. After a defensive mix-up in libannon's zone, Carl Brask stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Henrik Håkansson came out of the goal and Carl Brask tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Henrik Håkansson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kenny Hjelm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Henrik Håkansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kenny Hjelm, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Henrik Håkansson made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Carl Brask sent off a good shot on target. Ystad's Ted Lindholm played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Klas Säv in the 13th minute of play. libannon's Billy Bocklund got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Ystad's Kenny Hjelm in the 18th minute got a chance for a shot 18th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye libannon's goalie prevented a goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Billy Bocklund in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ted Lindholm saved Ystad from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Billy Bocklund in the 22nd minute of play forced Ystad's goalkeeper Ted Lindholm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carl Brask sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. The supporters of Ystad booed when libannon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Svante Lundqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carl Brask sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Hugo Torstensson lost his temper 32 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in libannon fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 31st minute. Penalty! Karl-Axel Forsberg placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Kenny Hjelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Henrik Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kenny Hjelm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 45th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kenny Hjelm to make the kick off. After 62 played minutes libannon got a freekick which was hit by Svante Lundqvist. After recieving a nice pass, Ystad's Karl-Axel Forsberg tried to score from far away in the 63rd minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind libannon's goalkeeper Henrik Håkansson, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Kenny Hjelm kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 68th match minute, Ystad was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karl-Axel Forsberg to maneuver through the defense. Kenny Hjelm received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Henrik Håkansson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henrik Håkansson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carl Brask in the 77th minute of the match. In the 78th minute Klas Säv shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ted Lindholm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Ystad's Ted Lindholm got control of the ball when Klas Säv tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Ystad getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Hubert Myr hit a great ball. Edward Jansson's late challenge caught a libannon's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Edward Jansson helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Ystad's Edward Jansson got a free kick in the 87th minute. The supporters of libannon booed when Ystad was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kenny Hjelm didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Carl Brask had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. libannon were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Ystad's much stronger midfield.
