Spectators: 7392 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1699, VIP seats: 147) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Dag Alefors took the kick off in the first half of the match. Viggo Sandström took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kjell Palm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Unnaryd FF's Viggo Sandström got control of the ball when John Vennerström tried to sneak it across the goal line. Unnaryd FF's Viggo Sandström proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Unnaryd FF from getting a goal against them. After 15 minutes Unnaryd FF's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Claes Lindgren who took care of the corner kick. 22 minutes into the match, Gloria Victis's goal looked a bit too open when Per-Oskar Offendahl came free, but Richard Blixt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 23 played minutes Gloria Victis got a freekick which was hit by Åke Forsberg. 25 minutes into the game, Unnaryd FF's Per-Oskar Offendahl nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Richard Blixt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as John Vennerström kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Viggo Sandström. That made the score 1-1 in the 29 minute of play. In the 33rd match minute, Unnaryd FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Frank Söderström to maneuver through the defense. If Kjell Palm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 42nd minute, Kjell Palm hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Per-Oskar Offendahl took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Richard Blixt. Richard Blixt dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Kjell Palm made a kick off. Per-Oskar Offendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Richard Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Isaac Bergman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dag Alefors sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Unnaryd FF booed when Gloria Victis was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Åke Forsberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Dag Alefors reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Richard Blixt. The goal made the score 2-3. Per-Oskar Offendahl sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. John Vennerström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viggo Sandström having to interfere. If Kjell Palm had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kurt Brolin charged in rather forcefully in the 75th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Kurt Brolin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Kurt Brolin hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Per-Oskar Offendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Per-Oskar Offendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Richard Blixt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Unnaryd FF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
