John Vennerström might have been able to make a better finish in the 89th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Joachim Västberg. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. John Vennerström ran back to his position shaking his head. Gloria Victis's Richard Blixt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Gloria Victis from getting a goal against them. Lars-Erik Heggert fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Richard Blixt having to interfere. There was no doubt that Gloria Victis were the better team. Gloria Victis's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
