After a rather tough play, Jämse's Kasper Andersson got a free kick in the 4th minute. If Georg Åkesson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Georg Åkesson scored 0-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jens-Ola Malm, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Per-Olof Hägglund kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, Adelaide Kangaroos's Georg Åkesson nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jens-Ola Malm made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. After a defensive mix-up in Adelaide Kangaroos's zone, Claes Sellberg stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pontus Ahlgren came out of the goal and Claes Sellberg tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Georg Åkesson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 27th minute Georg Åkesson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jens-Ola Malm saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mats Kråk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Pontus Ahlgren made a huge save. In the 31st minute of the match Filiph Ödmann shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pontus Ahlgren showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the match, Adelaide Kangaroos's goalkeeper Pontus Ahlgren had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mats Kråk. 36 minutes into the match, Paul Kling had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jens-Ola Malm. Jämse's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paul Kling was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. Mats Kråk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 39thth minute, Pontus Ahlgren skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Pontus Ahlgren made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Mats Kråk sent off a good shot on target. Jens-Ola Malm took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Georg Åkesson, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Georg Åkesson in the 45th minute of play forced Jämse's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Malm to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 46th minute by Claes Sellberg got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After the first half Adelaide Kangaroos were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mats Kråk was the one to do the kick off. 52 minutes into the match, Jämse's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Malm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Kling. Jämse's defense didn't have a chance, in the 53rd minute, when Georg Åkesson scored to the left of an out of position Jens-Ola Malm, making the score, 0-4. Georg Åkesson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jens-Ola Malm having to interfere. With a little luck, Jämse's Jens-Ola Malm got control of the ball when Paul Kling tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pontus Ahlgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Claes Sellberg in the 65th minute of the match. Jens-Ola Malm made an important save on a dangerous shot by Paul Kling in the 69th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Claes Sellberg managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jämse's supporters rose to their feet, but Claes Sellberg was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Pontus Ahlgren breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Claes Sellberg struck a weak shot in the 74th minute. Pontus Ahlgren didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jämse. Mats Kråk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jens-Ola Malm showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edvin Palmquist in the 77th minute of the match. 82 minutes into the match, Jämse's goalkeeper Jens-Ola Malm had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paul Kling. When Jämse's Mats Kråk in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Adelaide Kangaroos's goalie prevented a goal. In the 88th minute, Mats Kråk ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Pontus Ahlgren was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. When the final whistle sounded Adelaide Kangaroos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Jämse.
