Stig-Åke Kielberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 7 minutes, Tord Lundqvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Klövers FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tord Lundqvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stig-Åke Kielberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reine Lange in the 10th minute of the match. Klövers FC's Reine Lange got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a little luck, Klövers FC's Sebastian Hamberg got control of the ball when Albert Kruuse tried to sneak it across the goal line. 24 minutes into the game, Kjell Gustafsson was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Klövers FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skinnskatteberg the free kick. When Skinnskatteberg's Martin Back in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Reine Lange stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Jonas Drewitz got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Stig-Åke Kielberg came out of the goal and Jonas Drewitz tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 73 minutes into the match, Skinnskatteberg's Brian Ström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sebastian Hamberg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. If Jonas Drewitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Tord Lundqvist came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Klövers FC fans jumped to their feet. Stig-Åke Kielberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tord Lundqvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Klövers FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
