Spectators: 7253 (Terracing: 5441, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 144) Kungshamn's Hans Rudqvist started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans Rudqvist in the 7th minute of play forced Snespark united's goalkeeper Bernt Drake to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Bertil Gunnarsson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Snespark united's zone, Hans Rudqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bernt Drake came out of the goal and Hans Rudqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Karl-Erik Martinsson in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernt Drake saved Snespark united from getting behind. 18 minutes into the match, Kungshamn's goal looked a bit too open when Bertil Gunnarsson came free, but George Bäck reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Christopher Stenkvist's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but George Bäck read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Bertil Gunnarsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. George Bäck tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Christopher Stenkvist came up free with the goalie in the 24th minute, the Snespark united fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Christopher Stenkvist couldn't finish the play. Albin Lundin took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 29th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Bernt Drake. Snespark united's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 32nd minute Bertil Gunnarsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but George Bäck saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 33rd minute, Christopher Stenkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot. Snespark united's supporters rose to their feet, but Christopher Stenkvist was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. George Bäck breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 38 minutes, Karl-Magnus Hermansson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Snespark united and the Kungshamn players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Kungshamn booed when Snespark united was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Magnus Hermansson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Bernt Drake made a fantastic save in the 41st minute, when Tommy Ekman sent off a good shot on target. Kungshamn's George Bäck played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bertil Gunnarsson in the 42nd minute of play. Hans Rudqvist might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bernt Drake. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Hans Rudqvist ran back to his position shaking his head.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Bertil Gunnarsson to make the kick off. The supporters of Snespark united booed when Kungshamn was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Karl-Oskar Martinsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Albin Lundin charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Albin Lundin the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 53 minutes into the game, one of Kungshamn:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. George Bäck was a little too slow when Christopher Stenkvist got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 1-2. If Hans Rudqvist had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 69th minute, Albin Lundin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Nils Näfver recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hans Rudqvist sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tommy Ekman in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernt Drake prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 98 played minutes Bertil Gunnarsson rounded Kungshamn's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-3. The Snespark united supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Snespark united would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
