Sektion Norr's Andy Tidén played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Osvald Ahlqvist in the 36th minute of play. If Bengt-Åke Kellman had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sakarias Kielberg struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Kurt Östman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sektion Norr. Sektion Norr's defense didn't have a chance, in the 48th minute, when Ludvig Biörkman scored to the left of an out of position Andy Tidén, making the score, 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Osvald Ahlqvist was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Sektion Norr's goal looked a bit too open when Osvald Ahlqvist came free, but Andy Tidén reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 59 played minutes, bollkickers FC's Kjell-Arne Hjortberg shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Andy Tidén came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. Johan Sävström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 67th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andy Tidén. When Sakarias Kielberg came up free with the goalie in the 76th minute, the Sektion Norr fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sakarias Kielberg couldn't finish the play. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Andy Tidén showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Kurt Östman made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Bengt-Åke Kellman sent off a good shot on target. Bengt-Åke Kellman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kurt Östman was out of position in the 91 minute of play, and Bengt-Åke Kellman capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Bengt-Åke Kellman really showed his touch with that goal: 1-1. Bengt-Åke Kellman recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Despite being the better team, Sektion Norr failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
