Rödeby's Valentin Hedman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Folke Kråk in the 9th minute of play. Jim Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the game, Joacim Albäck threw the ball into play from the sideline. Murjek RK's Otto Hultin quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. After having played for 20 minutes, Folke Kråk managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Murjek RK's supporters crossed their fingers, but Folke Kråk was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 22nd minute, Bengt Kielstedt managed to get in a good position for a shot. Murjek RK's supporters rose to their feet, but Bengt Kielstedt was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Valentin Hedman breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Valentin Hedman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fredrik Axelsson in the 28th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Jim Sundström's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Olle Samuelsson was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. Olle Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jim Sundström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jim Sundström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Murjek RK's goalkeeper Olle Samuelsson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Johan Brovall. In the 47th minute, Bengt Kielstedt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Fredrik Axelsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Valentin Hedman tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Folke Kråk's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Valentin Hedman read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. Valentin Hedman showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fredrik Axelsson in the 58th minute of the match. In the 58th minute, Charles Mellbad hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johan Brovall sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 67 minutes into the match, Johan Brovall had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olle Samuelsson. Murjek RK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Johan Brovall was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Olle Samuelsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Johan Brovall, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jim Sundström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Olle Samuelsson having to make a save. Folke Kråk fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valentin Hedman having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Folke Kråk in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Valentin Hedman prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The free kick resulted in a very good chance to score when Folke Kråk kicked a really tricky shot on goal. Valentin Hedman never had to step in, however, because the ball went just left of the goal. Jim Sundström fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Olle Samuelsson having to interfere. Olle Samuelsson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Johan Brovall in the 93rd minute of the match. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Rödeby were victorious despite being under pressure from Murjek RK for much of the match.
