Albert Granberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Älgarnas BK. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gunnar Lång during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Gunnar Lång hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Melker Sandwall shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Albert Granberg saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jan-Erik Trulsson charged in rather forcefully in the 25th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Jan-Erik Trulsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Sollerön's Jan-Erik Trulsson got a free kick in the 25th minute. Melker Sandwall blasted a shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Albert Granberg having to make a save. In the 28th minute, Sollerön's Jan-Erik Trulsson dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Niclas Beckman sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Melker Sandwall's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Albert Granberg read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. Albert Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Sandwall in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Melker Sandwall to strike the kick off in the second half. Albert Granberg made a fantastic save in the 51st minute, when Per Wiklund sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Melker Sandwall in the 52nd minute of play forced Sollerön's goalkeeper Albert Granberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Jan-Erik Trulsson came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Sollerön fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan-Erik Trulsson couldn't finish the play. Albert Granberg was a little too slow when Melker Sandwall got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 55th minute. The score was now 1-1. Albert Granberg didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Per Wiklund went, in the 59th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Albert Granberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Melker Sandwall, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. In the 67thth minute of the game Jan-Erik Trulsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Älgarnas BK's Oscar Bolander was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A collision led to Sollerön getting a freekick after 68 minutes play. Niclas Beckman hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gunnar Lång in the 71st minute of play forced Älgarnas BK's goalkeeper Oscar Bolander to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gunnar Lång took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Oscar Bolander. Oscar Bolander dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. Per Wiklund kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. If Gunnar Lång had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albert Granberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Melker Sandwall in the 89th minute of the match. When Melker Sandwall came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Älgarnas BK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Melker Sandwall couldn't finish the play. Sollerön's Albert Granberg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Melker Sandwall in the 95th minute of play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
