Patrick Widberg breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 16 minutes into the match, Ibrakadabra's goal looked a bit too open when Sigvard Forsell came free, but Kent Lekberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alex Biörnberg in the 17th minute of play forced Ibrakadabra's goalkeeper Kent Lekberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Sten Martinsson took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Patrick Widberg to make any attempt to save it. Patrick Widberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Billy Carlberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Billy Carlberg's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 23rdth minute, Patrick Widberg skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Patrick Widberg came out of the goal and Carl Sävström tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Svante Nordström to make the kick off. After 60 minutes of play, Ibrakadabra's Wilhelm Larsfelt made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Patrick Widberg was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Sten Martinsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Widberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilhelm Larsfelt, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Patrick Widberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Karl Smefeldt in the 70th minute of play. Wilhelm Larsfelt struck a weak shot in the 73rd minute. Patrick Widberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ibrakadabra. Ibrakadabra's Edgar Skarkman got a good chance for a goal in the 75th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Patrick Widberg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Karl Smefeldt in the 78th minute of the match. If Wilhelm Larsfelt had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 81st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Arvid Kvarnström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arvid Kvarnström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Patrick Widberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kent Lekberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Svante Nordström, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Alex Biörnberg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 88th minute of the match, but Kent Lekberg made a huge save. Arvid Kvarnström recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Arvid Kvarnström, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 91 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Patrick Widberg was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 92 minutes, Arvid Kvarnström managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ibrakadabra's supporters crossed their fingers, but Arvid Kvarnström was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
