Börje Johnsson fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jimmie Hellqvist having to interfere. In the 26th minute Sten Hellström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henry Göransson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Nässjö IF's Anton Ahlqvist got a free kick in the 27th minute. Anton Ahlqvist kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. Jimmie Hellqvist didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Börje Johnsson went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 33rd minute, Sigvard Hök hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Börje Johnsson's late challenge caught a Nässjö IF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jimmie Hellqvist showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball.

In the 75th minute, one of Österskär RK:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Österskär RK. Anton Ahlqvist hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. In the 82nd minute, Sigvard Hök hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
