Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tage Rosen started the match with the kick off. Pajala's Mattias Gulliksson got a good chance for a goal in the 3rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Åke Hedling recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 4th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Mattias Gullikssons short, quick shot in the 6thth minute got Bengt Billock to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. In the 10th minute, Pajala's Ture Borre seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Ture Borre the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Pajala protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ture Borre had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. 10 minutes into the game, one of Pajala:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Bengt Billock made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Linquist in the 20th minute of play. Sven-Erik Jonasson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Bengt Billock tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Dennis Karlsson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Patrick Vacker was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Patrick Vacker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tage Rosen in the 31st minute of play. Sven-Erik Jonasson's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bengt Billock read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 35th minute of play. If Hannes Bjursell had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Tage Rosen's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Patrick Vacker read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 42nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sven-Erik Jonasson in the 44th minute of play forced Kvillsfors BF's goalkeeper Bengt Billock to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sven-Erik Jonasson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes had been played when some careless play by Kvillsfors BF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mattias Gulliksson was slow to take the kick. During this time Pajala's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Mattias Gulliksson got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Bengt Billock quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hannes Bjursell in the 56th minute of play forced Pajala's goalkeeper Patrick Vacker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Åke Hedling kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Wiktor Benett took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 60th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Patrick Vacker. Pajala's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Mikael Smed in the 64thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Patrick Vacker, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Sven-Erik Jonasson blasted a shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bengt Billock having to make a save. In the 70th minute Sven-Erik Jonasson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt Billock saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mikael Smed received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Patrick Vacker tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Mikael Smed sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Åke Hedling during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 77 played minutes Pajala got a freekick which was hit by Åke Hedling. Mikael Smed who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 78thth minute tested the skills of Patrick Vacker when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Pajala's Leonardo Kruuse got a free kick in the 87th minute. Kvillsfors BF's Tage Rosen managed to work through Pajala's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Tage Rosen dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. 94 minutes into the match, Pajala's goalkeeper Patrick Vacker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mikael Smed. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tage Rosen in the 96th minute of play forced Pajala's goalkeeper Patrick Vacker to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Kvillsfors BF had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
