Spectators: 7158 (Terracing: 5478, Seating: 1680, VIP seats: 0) Slackers's Robin Forsberg started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Zebastian Olsson hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the Kvidinge BF defense, Robin Forsberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sakarias Fagerberg. The Kvidinge BF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sakarias Fagerberg should have stopped the shot. Andréas Magnusson sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Sture Åberg came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Kvidinge BF's Ian Josefsson. But to his dismay, Ian Josefsson quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. In the 20th minute, Jan Lindgren hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. It was beautiful to see Slackers's Olov Mårtensson in action when he in the 22nd minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Västberg in the 26th minute of play forced Slackers's goalkeeper Sture Åberg to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sture Åberg made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ian Josefsson in the 33rd minute of play. Patrik Västberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 35th minute. Sture Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 38 minutes into the match, Kvidinge BF's goal looked a bit too open when Andréas Magnusson came free, but Sakarias Fagerberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Slackers were awarded a corner in the 40th minute after Kvidinge BF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olov Mårtensson took the corner. The corner led Slackers's Olov Mårtensson to fire away a dangerous shot which Sakarias Fagerberg despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 42 minutes, Joachim Tingberg mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kvidinge BF and the Slackers players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Kvidinge BF's Joachim Tingberg got a free kick in the 43rd minute. Robin Forsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakarias Fagerberg having to interfere. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

52 minutes into the match, Slackers's goal looked a bit too open when Patrik Västberg came free, but Sture Åberg reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Robin Forsberg struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Sakarias Fagerberg didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slackers. If Patrik Västberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Robin Forsberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sakarias Fagerberg having to interfere. A collision led to Kvidinge BF getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Ian Josefsson hit a great ball. Patrik Västberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Sture Åberg tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Kvidinge BF's zone, Andréas Magnusson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sakarias Fagerberg came out of the goal and Andréas Magnusson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Andréas Magnusson in the 72ndth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sakarias Fagerberg, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. A collision led to Slackers getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Patric Fredriksson hit a great ball. Sture Åberg showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Västberg, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Slackers's zone, Ian Josefsson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sture Åberg came out of the goal and Ian Josefsson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Patrik Västberg sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
