Spectators: 7277 (Terracing: 5460, Seating: 1673, VIP seats: 144) Axel Persson started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Axel Persson came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Arboga IK fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Persson couldn't finish the play. 11 minutes into the match, Alfons Bergendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claes Myhr. Arboga IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfons Bergendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfons Bergendahl in the 17th minute of play forced Arboga IK's goalkeeper Claes Myhr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes Arboga IK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Rickard Eklund who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Rickard Eklund almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Arboga IK's Claes Myhr did a great save. In the 20th minute, Alfons Bergendahl got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Axel Persson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfons Bergendahl received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Claes Myhr tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 40 minutes into the match, Alfons Bergendahl had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Claes Myhr. Arboga IK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Alfons Bergendahl was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 43 played minutes Slussfors got a freekick which was hit by Emil Pihlwall. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niclas Fredriksson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Slussfors were awarded a corner. Rickard Eklund went to the cornerflag to take it. Magne Haegg charged in rather forcefully in the 59th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Magne Haegg the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Arboga IK's Magne Haegg got a free kick in the 59th minute. Albert Beckman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Axel Persson in the 62nd minute of play. In the 66th minute, Magne Haegg got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 68 minutes into the match, Slussfors's goal looked a bit too open when Axel Persson came free, but Albert Beckman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Arboga IK's Axel Persson in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Slussfors's goalie prevented a goal. Ove Ström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 75 minutes into the game, Axel Persson cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Albert Beckman was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 87 minutes into the game, Arboga IK's Ove Ström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Albert Beckman made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. 91 minutes into the game, Simon Berg was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arboga IK's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Slussfors the free kick. Rickard Eklund walked up to take care of the penalty kick. He was aiming for the top corner, but the ball went just outside the post. Alfons Bergendahl fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claes Myhr having to interfere. Niclas Fredriksson struck a weak shot in the 99th minute. Claes Myhr didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Slussfors. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
