Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Stig-Ove Gabrielsson made the kick off and thus started the match. Ruda's Olle Bammerman got a good chance for a goal in the 8th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ruda's Daniel Lindmark shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 14th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Edvin Bruhn but with some difficulty. Einar Pålsson charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Einar Pålsson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th match minute, Kungsäter was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Einar Pålsson to maneuver through the defense. When Jan Tunberg came up free with the goalie in the 23rd minute, the Ruda fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jan Tunberg couldn't finish the play. After having played for 28 minutes, Jens-Åke Håkansson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kungsäter's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jens-Åke Håkansson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Jens-Åke Håkansson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Ruda's goalkeeper Stig-Ove Bergsten, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Stig-Ove Bergsten showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Stig-Ove Gabrielsson in the 47th minute of the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Olle Bammerman to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Kungsäter's zone, Hugo Bremming stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Edvin Bruhn came out of the goal and Hugo Bremming tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Kungsäter's Einar Pålsson got a free kick in the 55th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Olle Bammerman in the 58th minute of play forced Kungsäter's goalkeeper Edvin Bruhn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Jan Tunberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 63rd minute, Jens-Åke Håkansson left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Kungsäter fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. When Jens-Åke Håkansson came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Kungsäter fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jens-Åke Håkansson couldn't finish the play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jens-Åke Håkansson got free with Stig-Ove Bergsten in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee felt a red card was in order, 76 minutes into the game, when Börge Uggstedt put in a rough tackle. In the 75th minute, one of Kungsäter:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kungsäter. Klas Ström took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Edvin Bruhn. Kungsäter's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Kungsäter's Edvin Bruhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Tunberg in the 85th minute of play. After 86 minutes of play, Ruda's Jan Tunberg made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Edvin Bruhn was left in no man's land by his defense there! Edvin Bruhn showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olle Bammerman in the 91st minute of the match. Kungsäter's Edvin Bruhn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jan Tunberg in the 93rd minute of play. The supporters of Ruda booed when Kungsäter was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stig Hellström didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edvin Bruhn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Olle Bammerman, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. Jan Tunberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 98th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edvin Bruhn having to interfere. Ruda were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Kungsäter for a fine match.
